Cabaret 2023

Cabaret, in its 36th year, is Rose Brooks Center’s longest running and most successful event. Each year Cabaret is an important part of our capacity to provide care to survivors, and this year is certainly no different. This March we are hoping to once again have everyone back in the ballroom to celebrate together. However, we still have our virtual option, which so many of you enjoyed last year with your dedicated emcee.

Thank you for your support and commitment to those who dream of a safe future.

Meet Your Event Chairs

For 36 years Rose Brooks Center has presented Cabaret, an event to support services for victims of domestic violence, while bringing an entire community together to raise awareness about our mission. Please join our Event Chairs, Jane and Mike Kress, in continuing this beautiful tradition.

“Hard to argue with the mission and vocation of Rose Brooks; we are incredibly proud to chair this year’s Cabaret as their cause and work is so very impactful to our KC community.” Jane and Mike Kress

Jane Dickinson Kress is the Chief Legal Officer at Academy Bank and serves on Rose Brooks Center’s Board of Directors. Mike Kress is a founding partner of Generator Studio, a full-service architecture and interior design firm.
